Jurlique Club Reconnect 會員計劃 (下稱「計劃」)

條款及細則

• 本計劃由茱莉蔻香港有限公司以 茱莉蔻香港 (下稱「茱莉蔻」) 的商號名義營運。

• 本計劃只適用於香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區境內的 茱莉蔻專門店及專櫃。計劃並不包括在其他銷售點 (例如: 診所及美容中心) 購買的茱莉蔻產品。

會籍

• 會籍有效期為 12 個月，由首次購物日期起，或會籍續期或由現時的會籍級別升級或降級的日期起計算，以較後的日期為準。

• 顧客購物滿指定金額，即符合登記 / 升級至以下會籍級別的資格：

o 「基本」會員 ─ 於單次交易中購買任何 Jurlique產品或美容療程，即符合資格；

o 「瑰麗」會員 ─ 於單次購物滿HK$1,500；或1年內累積購物滿HK$3,000。

o 「珍稀玫瑰」會員 ─ 於單次購物滿HK$3,500；或1年內累積購物滿HK$7,000。

迎新優惠及生日禮遇

· 生日月份的一次性購物優惠只限於生日當月首次購物正價貨品滿HK$1,000 (不包括美容療程、現金禮券、折扣貨品及優惠套裝)。

· 積分換領指定產品不可退換或兌換現金，換領指定產品數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。

· 所有禮物將定時更新，不另作通知。

· Jurlique會籍只適用於香港及澳門之專門店或專櫃 (不包括免税店）。

· 會籍只供會員本人使用，不得轉贈或轉移他人；使用會籍積分時需出示身份證明，以作核實身份之用。

· 於Nature‘s Spa by Jurlique購買護理療程不會獲享會員積分。

· 會籍有效期為12 個月，若會員於12個月內沒有任何購物，會籍將自動失效，再次購物時，會籍將重新啟動。

· 會員積分餘額在升級或成功續會後會自動結轉至新會籍，若會籍過期未成功續會，未換領的會員積分將自動取消，不作另行通知。

· 空瓶回收計劃只適用於Jurlique銷售的產品空瓶，不適用於紙盒、旅行裝及試用裝的包裝。玫瑰蜜粉 (Rose Silk Finishing Powder) 並不適用於此計劃。每人每月最多可獲得額外500會員積分。優惠只適用於指定門市。優惠不能與其他優惠同時使用。優惠如有更改，恕不另行通知。

· 如有任何爭議，Jurlique 保留一切最終決定權。

個人資料

• 茱莉蔻香港有限公司將使用閣下的個人資料，以管理閣下的帳戶；進行研究及分析；及在閣下已 同意的情況下向閣下傳送旗下品牌為閣下度身制訂的美容及美妝新資訊、更新、推廣、優惠及其 他市場推廣通訊。閣下提供的個人資料屬於義務性，惟如閣下不願意提供個人資料，我們可能無 法向閣下提供我們的服務，包括我們的品牌提供的會員計劃禮遇。我們可能會與以我們名義行事 的可靠第三方及其他茱莉蔻集團公司 (包括位於香港境外的該等公司) 分享閣下的資料。如欲獲取 我們如何使用閣下的個人資料的進一步資訊，請參閱我們的《私隱政策》：https://www.jurlique.com/hk/zh/privacy-policy.html。閣下可隨時透過親臨任何 茱莉蔻專門店或專櫃，與我們聯絡及簽署退出直銷通訊 名單確認書，以退出直銷通訊名單。閣下有權透過電郵至：info@jurlique.hk 與我們 聯絡，以要求存取及修改由我們持有而與閣下相關的資料。

一般條款

• 一旦參與是項計劃，會員即被視為已同意本《條款及細則》及我們的《私隱政策》並受其約束。

• 本《條款及細則》應受香港法律管轄，而香港法院應對與是項計劃相關的任何訴訟擁有專屬司法 管轄權。

• 茱莉蔻根據是項計劃而擁有的權利及義務，可由 茱莉蔻隨時指派或轉 移至任何其他相關或不相關的實體，而其後的履行應屬於該實體的責任。

• 茱莉蔻保留隨時更改、限制、修訂或取消本《條款及細則》之全部或部分的權利， 即使更改可能會影響已累積的積分或禮品的價值亦然。茱莉蔻將嘗試將該等更改刊 登於我們的官方網站：https://www.jurlique.com/hk以通知會員。會員將受任何該等更改約束。

• 如有任何爭議，茱莉蔻的決定應為最終及不可推翻。

• 本《條款及細則》備有英文版本。如有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。

Jurlique Club Reconnect Membership Program (“Program”)

Terms & Conditions

• This Program is operated by Jurlique Hong Kong Limited trading in the name of Jurlique Hong Kong (“Jurlique”).

• The Program is valid at Jurlique boutiques and counters in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR only. The Program does not include Jurlique products purchased at other points of sale (such as Clinic and Medi-SPA).

Membership

• Membership is valid for 12 months, following the first purchase date or the date on which the membership renews, or upgrades or downgrades from the current membership level, whichever date is later.

• Customers are eligible to register / upgrade to below loyalty tiers with designated purchase amounts:

o “Basic” members – qualified upon any purchase of Jurlique products or facial treatment in a single transaction;

o “Rose” members – qualified with spending Single net purchase of HK$1,500; or HK$3,000 annual net spend.

o “Rare Rose” members – qualified with spending Single net purchase of HK$3,500; or HK$7,000 annual net spend.

• Customers are eligible for membership renewal as seen below:

· Birthday shopping discount offer is an one-off shopping discount upon purchase HK$1,000 regular-priced items (excluding spa treatments & cash vouchers) at the 1st purchase on birthday month.

· Redeemed products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, redemption are on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.

· All gift items will be changed from time to time without prior notice.

· Membership is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau Concept Stores or Counters (excluding Duty Free Shops).

· Membership is not transferable or assignable and is for the member’s personal use and benefit only. Identity verification is required during VIP points redemption.

· No VIP points can be accumulated for the purchase of treatments at Nature's Spa by Jurlique.

· Membership is valid for 12 months, the membership will automatically expire if no purchase made within 12 months, the membership will be reactivated when purchase again.

· VIP points balance will be carried forward to the new membership upon upgrade or successful renewal, all VIP points will be forfeited automatically without prior notice when the membership expired.

· Recycling Program is only applicable to empty bottles of saleable products by Jurlique, not applicable to paper box, travel size and samples. Rose Silk Finishing Powder is not appliable for this program. Maximum extra 500 VIP points will be rewarded per customer per month. Offer is only applicable to designated stores. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and privileges. Offers are subject to change without prior notice.

· Jurlique reserves all right of final decision in case of any dispute.
